Toronto Lifestyle Photography & Photojournalism

Visual storytelling for individuals, brands & communities

Hi Im Henna!

(Pronounced Hee-na)

I’m a Toronto lifestyle photographer and photojournalist — a visual storyteller for individuals, brands, and communities, creating narrative and capturing stories that matter. Based in Etobicoke, I work throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Whether documenting personal moments or public causes, my goal is always the same — to create images that matter.

“Henna has the ability to capture feelings and beauty in every photo, she captures moments that we can now cherish for a lifetime”

  • Our photo experience with Henna has been exceptional, she is very professional and creative. All of our photographs turned out more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. She has done portraits of our children and family and each time she continues to impress us with her work.

Henna has the ability to capture feelings and beauty in every photo, she captures moments that we can now cherish for a lifetime. Many of our relatives also have Henna as their photographer of choice because they are so impressed with what they have seen!

We highly recommend Henna for any of your photography needs. We are confident she would treat you as well as she has treated us.

    Thank you so much Henna!

Why Visual Storytelling Matters

Visual storytelling allows us to remember, reflect, and relive moments — not just from our own lives, but from the world around us. Whether it’s documenting your family or your community, your memories or your mission, photographs become a lasting visual record.

Images connect us to our personal narratives and to broader stories that deserve to be seen — from quiet, intimate moments to larger causes and movements. Through lifestyle photography and photojournalism, we don’t just document what we see — we preserve what we feel, what we value, what we want to remember, and what we refuse to forget.

“Art’s not a luxury, it’s sustenance. We need it.”

– Ethan Hawke
